Who I am
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The only way in which this website collects personal data is if you submit your name to the form asking to be added as a signatory of the open letter. When you submit your details they are emailed to Kestral Gaian, who then adds the signature to the letter. The email, and thus your contact form submission, are deleted immediately after this has taken place – within 48 hours of your initial request.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
No data from this website is shared or sold with third parties. The list of signatories to the letter, however, is a matter of public record and as such we have no control over how this data is used by any third party.
How long we retain your data
If you submit your name, pronouns, or affiliation/accreditation via the form on the homepage, the resulting email will be kept for 48 hours. Once your name is added to the website, this information becomes a matter of public record and will be kept untill either the site goes offline, or you contact Jacob Edward asking to be removed.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
